The spacious room had stunning views of the
entire Camps Bay and Twelve Apostles. The Victorian bath was a true highlight, providing a relaxing experience. The lifts were unfortunately out of order during a part of our stay, requiring us to navigate stairs, but the staff assisted us with our luggage promptly.

excellent beach access, stylish reception area, balcony views overlooking Camps Bay
Allocated the wrong room on arrival!!! Bathroom layout makes for slippery exits!!! Tour and airport service rates far too high!!!

the lift was broken, leaving me to trudge up the stairs, which were dangerously slippery, by the way, not what i would expect for a so-called luxury hotel. even more shocking was their absolute refusal to upgrade my room despite their many mistakes. it almost could have been a decent stay, but alas, it just wasn’t.

good location but room for improvement
The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to beautiful beaches and a variety of restaurants. The reception area is stylishly decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast options were delightful, featuring a nice selection of dishes to start the day. I particularly enjoyed the sea view from my room, making mornings truly special.
Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the lift during my stay.

100% recommend for a short interlude
Charming hotel, welcoming staff, with a delightful outdoor swimming pool and a bar/lounge area that offers a lovely space to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby beach access, just a short 20 km from the airport.
Liked everything.

After a lovely 4-night stay, I can't stop raving about the incredible breakfast with delicious fresh fruits and pastries. The spa bath in our suite was a luxurious treat. The only downside was the outdated fittings in the room, but I'd still choose this place again!

Had an awesome time with friends! The location was perfect for hitting the beach and exploring nearby spots like Theatre On The Bay. Staff was super friendly, and breakfast was a delight with plenty of choices. The spacious room made it even better. Just a heads up, the hotel can get busy, so book early for the best rates!
However, the lift was out of order during our stay, which made things a bit inconvenient when we had to climb the stairs with our luggage.
